We keep challenging to new things on the basis of the 'Dare to Fail' principle, without being afraid of failure. Giving up without trying cannot happen at Sesame Lab. We value the insight of our members, gained through quick execution, determination, and failure.
If any member wants to challenge a new project, he or she can gather team members as the PO, regardless of seniority or career. We believe that the growth of members becomes the growth of the company.

Using various tools for business collaboration such as Slack, Monday, etc., the members can share information easily and open their ideas.
